PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 6 Week Custom Weight training and cardio protocols that cater to your fitness level, goals, and preferences. From strength training to cardiovascular exercises, our program ensures a balanced and effective workout regimen.
- Custom nutrition protocols are created by filling out our TBFB comprehensive fitness and health questionnaire.
- Access to the Team BestFit Body App. Utilize our advanced tracking tools to monitor your fitness progress, including weight loss, muscle gain, and improvements in endurance.
- Weekly In-App Check-ins with your coach. Accountability is the cornerstone of success. Each week, you’ll have a one-on-one check-in with your assigned coach. Discuss your progress, address challenges, and receive valuable feedback to stay on track.
- Now included in our 6-week programs: a 30-minute phone or video call with your assigned coach for goal setting and planning for your total body reset!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
BestFit Body Monthly Program Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis subject to an initial three month minimum. Membership will automatically continue monthly and will be billed on your original billing date. This does not apply to the one time payments on some programs. Cancellations are effective for the next month after notification and confirmation of receipt by email to bestfitbody@gmail.com. Once payment is received (for any service) and set up on programming such as but not limited to Trainerize and/or ThePTAdvantage, there are NO REFUNDS.
EARLY CANCEL / HOLD / RETURN POLICY:
For monthly subscription services, cancellation prior to completion of the initial 3-months will be subjected to a service fee equal to the following: Basic training: $139 and Competition Prep $309 Hold/Return memberships. These will be honored on a case-by-case basis and held for no more than 30 days at the original purchase price. Holds longer than 30 days, return to programming will be subject to the current price offered for that program, if still available.
